But after re-cranking it would run fine for a few minutes and do the same again. I finally realized that if I left the gas cap loose or off it would run fine (an extremely dangerous thing to do). So I called the distributer and he was very helpful and sent me a new gas cap and two extra caps and it hasn't missed a lick since. One little tip... after pressuring up, if you shut off the engine, the battery/starter do not have enough power to crank the motor unless you sqeeze the trigger on the wand (releasing water/air pressure). If you keep the trigger fully engaged it starts as expected when you turn the key. Otherwise you get the dead battery behavior which is really a good battery/starter that doesn't have enough power to start the thing against a pressured up hose. This thing is very powerful. It can ruin paint or skin a sidewall on a tire if you are not careful. Ask me how I know that. And it cost about 1/3rd of what the same power/pressure capability/electric start non-chinese unit would cost. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Powerwashing can be FUN! *by P***N on Reviewed in the United States on May 11, 2010* If you buy this, be prepared for a few things:1. Delivery takes a while and is usually shipped to a commercial address. Residential delivery costs more.2. This machine is heavy, at about 150Lbs.3. Be prepared to be blown over backwards from the pressure when you use it.There are a couple of niggling points though.1. The instructions could have been a little better. I looked around for a while to find the correct oil fill plug (I'm an Engineer, so it should have been easy)2. After 2 weeks, the battery for the electric start is dead. That was a whopping 258% increase in the shipping cost. This staggering cost increase necessitated that I cancel the purchase.
