I cannot explain how many I’ve bought and how much money I’ve thrown away on pillows, it’s ridiculous. Most pillows are too thick, or if they are thin, they have no springiness. Memory foam has the same problem. It’s like laying my head on sand. I’ve tried those adjustable as well and hated them all. This is perfect, it’s definitely soft, but also very springy. It’s on the thin side, and I would say the description is spot on, it provides medium support but definitely does not go flat.
