What are the directions for use?** A: The best way to use BHB is 3 fold: 1) If you are burning glucose and want to burn ketones ... use this. Dose every 4 hours as long as you are awake. 2) If I have a "mental" performance that I am worried about, I will dose before the event. My energy stays up. My mind stays focused, and unlike sugar, I am back to my normal ketosis world when the fuel has burned through my mitochondria. 3) Hangovers. In my case, if I binge on carbs, it leaves me heavy-headed and feeling hung over. To me, it feels much like an alcohol hangover does.
