So, I can say that this one has cleared my lungs which were congested for a couple years due to a very bad 'coughing' type cold or flu I had. Nothing would work. I only take one at bedtime and not near any food times. I think it could be safe to take 2 of these at one time since they are 40,000 IU if your arteries are clogged with plaque at all. That was the reason I first started buying Serrapeptase...to clean out my arteries and to prevent any heart problems or strokes in the future since my left arm had gone numb on me a few times and I also got really dizzy at the same time...that was 'before' I found out about Serrapeptase and started taking it right after the arm circulatory problems. Also I accidently cut my finger while I was cooking and my blood was really nice and thin and it took a little longer than it used to stop the bleeding - so actually that is a very good sign to me! And no, it was not hard to stop the cut bleeding. I am a very clumsy cook, burning or cutting myself from time to time LOL. I am still taking Serrapeptase. Review: Feed the body what it needs - I have been taking this supplement for a while now. before taking this supplementation I had my 90-day blood analysis done. I am diabetic and I have Lupus. My cholesterol and blood pressure was high according to the results. they wanted to put me on cholesterol lowering med and high blood pressure pills. I said sheesh more pills! I went home worried and hating myself, in the end, I did this to myself. I made bad food choices. Why I made bad food choices because I thought food was food and I lived for fast food. I never occurred to me that the body thrived on vitamins and minerals but at a 100%. I was basically short-changing my body by providing it 20 maybe 30 percent from a to z. Well with much pain in my heart and research I had to say bye bye to fast food go on a whole food, cook at home, juicing and green smoothie, less meat more raw veggies and exercise program to help myself get on the right track program. So here I am now June 27, 2016 60 pounds lighter and off all meds. Blood sugar level in the normal range and cholesterol level normal. I took one capsule of this per day for a week and had essentially no results. When I moved up to 2 pills a day I started noticing changes. I now take 4-6 per day and my rosacea has never been more in control. My tumor has been cut in half and my angina has reduced a great deal. As for this enzyme I can not recommend it enough but the incorrect information on the label really irks me. It also says to take it with food which is incorrect.
