The writer definitely thinks that signing up for Constant Contact is the best way to go, and makes this clear throughout the book. However, Constant Contact IS an excellent marketing service (we use it ourselves), so it's not really a bad recommendation.Other then that, the information given is good and very useful. A lot of it is just revealing the things that companies like Constant Contact do for their customers behind the scenes. That way, you know what's going on, you could do it yourself if you wanted to, and you can better use their services. The instructions were very specific for list-building, directing attention to your website, building brand awareness and creating relevant content.
