I used the other around two years, and it held up really good, I was getting tired of the color and after putting food in it every day I decided it was time for a brand new one. (Also I was starting a new job, so it was a reward for myself). I pack breakfast and lunch every day. Also a snack or two. But on Mondays I often throw lots in there to store at work for the week. Then, I carry a water bottle and put a second in here. You can unzip side pockets to store a water bottle or other things as well, just looks a little messy and bulky. The meal prep containers are great, I usually use them for salad, gives room to stir the dressing up. I have no negatives on this lunch box. I have been using it for about 8 months to carry my prepped meals to work. The size is great, I can fit a ton in there. I usually carry about four meals, fruit, water bottle, and a coffee mug. The only thing I would change is that the prep containers that come with it aren't stack-able so they take up a lot of space. But honestly I just use my other ones and can fit 4 32 oz containers.
