How to use this PD meter ? Features The function of measuring ruler is close to the measured value that we need when we wear the glasses. The measuring ruler will be turned off automatically when it is set level. Turn on automatically when use it. Protect the battery using life. It is recommended to have a second person help you while testing. 1. The measured person should sit down facing the surveyor and watch to a fix place. 2. Place it on the measured person's nose carefully. 3. The pupil centre of both eyes should be aligned with the white lines. The number displayed in the LCD screen is the pupil distance of two eyes. (Unit: mm ). 4. Press the left(right) black button, it shows the distance between left(right) eye pupil and bridge of nose. 5. Repeat the steps TWO and Three times to get the average value. Memory function According to the alignment degree in the photo, surveyor No. 2 instructed surveyor No. 1 to adjust the moving direction of the needles, and then to take a photo again. Therefore, the accuracy of the measurement results will be higher if it is repeated several times. You can choose the most accurate one or you can take the average of the values. Auto shutdown function When the digital PD ruler is placed flat on your desktop, it will automatically shut down . My doctor refused to give me my PD because I didn’t want to buy glasses thru them so I ordered this little to say this will give you accurate measurements! I tried it with my daughter which her PD is 55 tried it with the dice in fact was 55.

this is an okay item. the measurement definitely will not be accurate if you try to do it yourself. it's best to look straight ahead and have someone else measure for you. for a quick measurement i think it's good.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ was having trouble measuing my PD

I'm very myopic, so I had a hard time measuring my PD with a rule because with my glasses off, I could not see the rule unless I was very near the mirror, and that messes up the PD measurement because you should be focusing on something far off. These solved that problem, and I ordered several pairs of glasses from Zenni, and everything has worked out nicely. Recommend. NOTE: these need a strange battery (23A) that they do not come with, so order that, too!
