It is farm raised. The package says "wild salmon" but not "wild caught". If it doesn't say wild caught than it is farm raised. I always eat wild caught only but I wanted some salmon in a pouch and this is all the store I was at had. I could immediately tell a difference in the color, taste, and smell.
