 i received this about three days ago. so far everything works fine. the heat output is outrageous. i turned it on and literally less than five seconds full blast of heat and not even on the highest setting. you feel it immediately. i tilted it to the side and it automatically shut of before it would have actually have fallen. theres a sensor button on the bottom of the heater, when unlevel it will sense it. this makes for a great safety feature. its very tiny compared to most portable heaters ive used which is somewhat of a bonus. its not loud very discreet and puts out a lot of warmth evenly distributed. i did review for electricity savings as well and was one of the better ratings, but we shall see. again only had for a few days, currently used in the bedroom and no complaints thus yetUpdate..Ive now had this heater maybe about a month or two and as you can see i use this heater often and the on/off no push button is fading. i must say that honestly it is the only minor con i have using this product. i would recommend when you purchase this product, to mark where the rotate (left), mode (center), and on/off (right), no push buttons are. this small heater puts out a lot of heat to the point it takes about 10 minutes to completely fill the room on the highest setting and keep it warm for the next hour or two even after its turned off. the heater does not come with an automatic shut off so do not leave it unattended for long periods of time as this will not be safe. however like i said before there is a sensor button as seen above in the second picture. if slightly lifted from any side the heater will cut off automatically in an instance. bumping the machine will have the same effect which is great. also if its not on a flat surface it will not start to begin with.there are two heat settings high comes on first, low heat after pressing the mode button, and cool air on the last settings. its a win win overall with this products and no regrets of purchase. i brag to all my family and friends this heater because so far it is the best ive used. i am looking towards buying another for a friend of mine now.i know this is lengthy, but i just wanted to share my honest opinion because i no how hard it is to buy products not knowing whether its worth it or reviews are faulty and now trying different products i like to share my experience so its more helpful in Then quit for no apparent reason. Won't heat, rotate, anything. It's like it is not getting power, but tried multiple outlets that I knew were working. Called Amazon- they basically told me to contact the seller (what else could they do?). I asked them to contact the seller and tell the seller to email me-a week ago. Then it suddenly stopped turning on. It is also difficult to turn on even when it is working because you have to lightly tap the on button pretty lightly. So anyways I asked for a replacement heater and amazon sent me one immediately. Then I turn that one on and it worked for about twenty minutes then shut off. I was like that’s weird then it wouldn’t turn back on no matter what I did. I checked the button on the bottom and made sure the surface was even and unplugged it plugged it back in. Don’t buy this heater.
