DON"T. The stud has a nut on the back so you can reach behind and remove and replace this wheel the simply. If you pull off the bottom of the washer yes the wheel is easy to reach but the probability of things not going back to together easily is off the charts. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great replacement for a Maytag dryer *by A***N on December 18, 2018* My advice, order 2 of these and replace both. Also, I had a bad one but also discovered the blower fan was stripped on the shaft and also causing noise and likely taking clothes longer to dry.
