Pro-mist vs Black mist, they have basically the same effect, but if you're shooting movies and using a LOG profile i would suggest this one (regular pro-mist). The black pro-mist reduces contrast even further which in my opinion can be a bit too much for LOG footage. It also cuts light because of the black particles in it, so again, i would suggest the Pro-Mist. I was really skeptical, have seen it on YT and was actually expecting that I need to send it back (like so often with these honest influencer :) Anyway, I love that filter, ought a second one and it’s now 90% of the time attached to my GH5, the filter makes the GH5 footage a bit softer, which I pretty much like, when you use it for night shots it hides a bit the poor low light performance of the GH5 by applying a glow effect to all light sources.
