The only downfall and something that is quite an issue, is that there are hard plastic stitching that rubs on my back. I have tried to cut them but they're very very small and I've had to use Band-Aids to cover them but if it's summer or I'm working out or outside in the garden my back get sweaty in the Band-Aids come off and that plastic piece rubs on my back again! And it's right on the edge so it doesn't matter what side you use it causes irritation.
