When they started looking ratty after a couple of months I would use them as shop rags in the garage. Sadly the new towels do not appear that they will hold up any better.The good - The towels are very absorbant and will dry a sink load of dishes with no problem. I use one in each hand and have no complaints on drying performance. The pattern is very nice and the blue color goes great with my kitchen. The loop in the middle of the towels allows me to hang them on the side of the kitchen island so they don't cover up the front of my black stainless oven.The bad - After only two washings the towels are beginning to unravel. I washed them upon arrival and once after a week of use, following the directions on the label. I have attached a couple of photos to show how they are coming apart. At $7.50 a towel I was expecting them to hold up much better.
