Why is that so expensive now?** A: The cologne has a high alcohol content, so it's perfect as a sanitiser. It smells nicer than most antibacterial liquids & can be used on surfaces as well as to clean handa etc. So, thats why the price has hiked up. Supply & demand. **Q: Can you use it on hair or does it dry it out?** A: It’s actually a cologne, however I do put this on my arms, legs, face neck and hair sometimes to deter mosquitoes.
