We however received a completely empty bottle of resin which renders the product pretty useless. (The inside was bone dry with not a trace of ever even being filled to begin with.) We went to our local Auto Zone for resin and used the purchased kit, kit worked wonderful once we had resin. Annoyed that our 10$ Repair tuned into a 25$ project since we had to purchase a whole other kit. ### ⭐⭐⭐ terrible quality, waste your money, don't buy *by M***C on Reviewed in the United States on May 7, 2019* suction cups are twisted and no any suction, the center screw just can't be threaded into the ring therefore the uv adhesive just won't be fully functional.update: after notching the center ring with utility knife, the screw finally can be threaded in. The suction cups also back to the correct shape after bath in warm water. To be fair for the seller, I assume that not only this product is in this quality but almost every other Windshield Repair Kit in this price range are also in bad quality, their packages are all identically. Therefore I change one star to 3 star. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ good *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on June 15, 2019* I had a chip in my windshield that had just started to whisker out. I was afraid once it got cold it would just splinter out across my entire windshield (personal experience). I used this thing and it didn't completely get rid of the crack, but it filled it in to where it looks like a pin hole and that is it. I would do it again to get rid of the pin hole look but I'm lazy so I'm not going to.
