I didn’t closely look at ingredients... but they did not make me itch like previous bath bomb soaks do.. it also doesn’t get as sudzzy.. but that’s to be expected when there’s no sulfates to make all those fun bubbles. I suggest putting them in when the faucet is still running. Then you get bubbles! I would suggest smelled great! **Q: Gluten free?** A: Yes, these are gluten free. **Q: Can you use them in the shower too?** A: I wouldn't recommend using them in the shower. The bombs will melt and go down the drain. Using them in the tub is awesome. They melt as the water fills. They left my skin feeling so moisturized and they smell so good. Now some of them did have glitter and while it wasn't a crazy amount in my opinion it will be on you if you don't rinse afterwards. It did not stain my tub nor did it leave glitter in my tub either. I didn't find them slippery because I have a non slip tub. These are a great alternative to Lush bombs you get a lot of bang for your buck I totally think they are worth every cent.
