I usually don't you mine for 1 to 2 weeks after receipt and they are still wonderful. **Q: Which Kosher agency certifies your product as kosher?** A: Certified by KLBD. These were nicely sealed in a small amount of liquid in glass jar, fairly average sized black truffles. They smelled amazing, fragrant - wish I could afford fresh, Oh well - and they made a very nice risotto dish. I think Chef would not tell me to **$$ off - learned a lot online on how to properly make risotto - I highly recommend watching videos of how to do it successfully. I have friends now BEGGING me to make more now.
