The big numbers are very helpful, including working outdoors in bright sun all day. I work in horticulture so it gets wet very often. It has held up well I did scratch the clear cover very quick. Since it's for work and still readable, I'm not too bothered by it. It would be better if it was a more resilient. I do wish I could see the day and date - the one feature that I miss. It is a large watch that's a bit clunky; it gets caught in my long sleeve clothes. The wristband has a strong grip.
