Evans Soundoff makes muting pads that fit all the heads so you can mute it and practice without torturing your household. The only con is the cymbals; they’re kind of cheap and don’t sound nice. But for this price point, that’s what I would expect. The cymbal hardware is good, though. When you buy this set, buy a 14” hi hat and a 16” crash. Switch them out and you’ll have the perfect little drum set.
