**Q: Will this work on store-bought frozen pancakes**
A: Yes

**Q: Is this automatically lower bread or after putting bread in do you have to press a lever down?**
A: To toast the bread you put the bread in the top slot and push down the lever.  When it’s done toasting it will automatically drop into the lower tray

**Q: Does this toast 2 Slices of rye bread which of course is much longer than standard size breads? Does it toast the entire slice evenly**
A: When I toasted rye bread I cut the ends off of the  bread to the standard size of white bread so that it would fit two pieces into the slot.

**Q: When will a self buttering toaster?**
A: There is no such thing as a self buttering toaster.
