**Q: How do I get a name plate?**
A: You can get one from your credit card processor or we can refer you to a company that makes them for a few $$

**Q: Will this also imprint on vertical register tape?**
A: No..it needs imprinter slip

**Q: Does this work for long forms?**
A: Yes, I tried it and it worked. It won't hold it down in the clips like the short forms. All you have to do is hold the paper while using the imprinter.

**Q: Can a custom plate be ordered for merchant information?**
A: we do have metal embossing machine, This listing does not have an option
