I looked it up, and the minimum temperature to make the oil in the glands more fluid is 45 deg. C. This goes up to 50 deg. C, so it's perfect. I tested the temperature with a laser temperature sensor, but it turns out it gets cooler as soon as you lift it away from your face, so I next got a kitchen thermometer and carefully put it between my face and the mask (being careful to keep the point away from my eye). With the mask set to 50 deg C, I measured at temperature of 47.5 deg C, with some variability depending on whether there was an air gap near the thermometer probe.
