The bottom is machined flat so it will be stable on flat burners. My dome griddle cover fits this perfect, can be used to grill bacon or burgers. Even if the non stick falls off it will be good for heating tortillas. Read the excellent instructions about care of the non stick coating, treat all of your non stick items like this and they will last much longer. Made in India.
