Description says NO clips. Which is it?** A: Ironically, if I remember correctly, it has Velcro! I have not ordered any Ace bandages from Amazon containing those small silver clips to secure the bandage, regardless of the description, even tho I would’ve accepted either clips or Velcro. **Q: I give up.....what does "sioc" stand for?** A: Shipped in original carton **Q: I'm puzzled by the silver piece shown behind the packages.
