I have had seborrheic dermatitis for years caused by hormonal issues, and aside from hormone medication, I felt totally lost on what to do for my scalp. I let it sit on my scalp for 5 minutes and after rinsing, my hair was squeaky clean and in need of conditioner. I don’t think the shampoo is color safe, I could see some bleeding, but perhaps that was the temperature of the water also? I washed my hair hours ago and I can already tell that my scalp is healing of the seborrheic dermatitis flakes because my scalp also feels very soothed.
