If you're looking for a first Exit game, go with a level 2 (Sunken Treasure was great) to get the hang of the style and their way of thinking. Most riddles/clues are based in a small booklet so someone will have that. Sometimes the only way to solve these is by just staring at the book in order to process what you're supposed to do. I would say that sometimes even 4 people would be difficult. Personally, my husband and I are having an escape game party. We are paying two of the same game. Once everyone arrives we will split into two teams (probably battle of the sexes) and the first team to solve the game wins!
