## Description

Tong Garden 500g Salted Broad Beans | Crispy & Crunchy Snack | High Protein & Fiber | Lightly Salted & Roasted | Healthy & Guilt-Free Munching - (Pack of 2) : desertcart.in: Grocery & Gourmet Foods

Review: Super unhealthy but Super YUMMY!!! - Taste is super addictive! Delicious! On the other hand, these are just deep fried sem/val seeds. Deep frying makes it absolutely unhealthy. To top it, it is fried in Palmolien/Palm oil. Palm oil is banned in many countries & partially banned in India. It is full of saturated fats (34%) which increases risk of heart disease. Palm oil has also been linked to increased risk of cancer. So buy and eat only for delicious taste & enjoyment. People with medical issues, people watching their weight & calories, need to take a balanced judgement call. On my part, knowing this is not health food, I still cannot stop ordering & eating these. They are super SUPER CRISPY AND DELICIOUSLY YUMMY!!!
Review: Very crunchy - This is a very authentic product. Oil used is also good quality.
