Horrible experience. It took forever to put together, then it didn’t work. My electrician, here over three hours trying to get this to work, tried several times to get it to work, no good. It kept tripping the circuit and blowing lights out. Electrician finally just took it down and put up the old light, which worked perfectly, and didn’t blow the lights. Told company about it, they made it seem my fault, didn’t do this or that. Wrong. Returned it, cost almost $70.00 to return it, company refused to reimburse return fee. So I’m out $70 because of their bad product.P.S. I have another antler chandelier from a different company. Went right together like a dream, works perfectly, did right from the start. ### ⭐ Please don’t waste your time *by K***3 on Reviewed in the United States on June 6, 2019* Please do yourself a favor and find another chandelier.We were so excited to find this large antler chandelier. I even looked past some negative reviews thinking my husband and I could put this together.Well, the directions are the biggest joke I have ever seen. It’s a small diagram with no actual directions. I tried to google some directions but it leaves you finding nothing on this product or even the company.We spent a total of about ten hours or a few days putting this together and trying to get it to stay together. Finally we were ready to hang it.And then the light bulbs they sent with it didn’t go with the fittings for the light bulbs in the chandelier! We had to spend an extra $13 to get adapters for each of the lights. We did that and attempted to hang it. Then the lights didn’t work.You have to completely put this together, including each and every wire and spend so much time and then it doesn’t work.Amazon was great. They issued a full refund immediately after I called and spoke to customer service.So unfortunately we still don’t have the perfect antler chandelier but hopefully one day we will! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great addition to the house. *by S***. on Reviewed in the United States on March 5, 2019* Installed in entry foyer. Instructions are vague but you need to start at the bottom and put together bottom first and work your way up. The pic illustrated in listing is different than actual however the light is very nice and for the money an A+. Once I assembled I added a light bead of hot glue inside and outside of all fastening/contact areas because of single point fastening.
