I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the fabric and the capacity. The bag doesn't look that big but has plenty of pockets with extra room to expand if required. I've started using it today and it seems study with comfortable shoulder straps. The only thing I can suggest that they improve is that they make the product with black zips to make it unisex because my husband feels the gold zips are a bit effeminate for him to use when he's taking baby out and about.
