This was a certified refurbished item, which means everything should have been working. there are certain spots on the track pad that don't work and also make the mouse jump or not move at all. I am not very happy and dont want to go through the hassle of returning the item. ### ⭐ No Dell products for me *by R***N on Reviewed in the United States on July 15, 2019* I did not purchase this particular Dell computer, but the Dell laptop I did but lasted a little over a week before it completely stopped working. The support I got from their tech support, which I believe is in India, was horrific, time consuming and useless. I ended up taking it to a repair shop and spent more money. That was about a year ago, and now it's not working again. And NEVER will I purchase a Dell product again. Absolutely horrible experience! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/88726704-dell-xps-9360-13-3in-fhd-infinity-edge-laptop-intel](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/88726704-dell-xps-9360-13-3in-fhd-infinity-edge-laptop-intel) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-11-07*
