Euro and Asian vehicles 2014-ish. Assuming it's the same product (flash card and CD), it will upgrade your system to 5.0 and license through 2015 for most domestic vehicles. The software on the disc needs to be installed on a computer to do the update, and if I recall correctly, it says it needs to be Windows XP, but 7 worked.
