I have struggled for the last 18 months with severe pain in the top joint of my middle finger. The doctor said it was arthritis but offered no treatment. Over time it got progressively worse. How long does it take to feel a difference?** A: They work for me, the effect builds slowly, you almost don’t notice it over a month but everybody has a different reaction to this sort of supplement. I recently changed to a different brand and symptoms returned over 7 to 10 days, I took them for a month with little success, on returning to the seven seas I noticed an improvement in about 10 days.
