**Q: Is the insulation thin enough to be able to wear earmuff-style ear protection (over-the-ear) over this hat and still be protected?**
A: It may depend on the design of your over-the-ear hearing protection.  I tried it with my Pro Ears  and they work, but I fiind the over-the-ear muffs interfere with mounting my shotgun properly, so I use in-the-ear protection with my Sitka beanie (excellent apparel for hunting, BTW).

A: One size fits all. Somewhat expandable headband feature.

A: The way it’s made it will fit any size head. I have bought two. One for my son and one for my husband. Both have different size heads but it fits them both perfect.

A: Not familiar with a DWR finish.
