They developed black charred spots on the first use on the sections that were exposed (had no food on it) and no amount of scrubbing will remove it. This happened with two of them so far. My other silicon mats have never done this. This brand is not good and I will never purchase anything made by this company again. This is the second product that I bought from this brand, and unfortunately I did not notice. It's a little more trouble than just throwing away parchment paper, but it's much more environmentally friendly. The mats are very easy to clean. Food slides right off or easily wipes off. I like having a mat sized for most of my pans. Great price, too. I didn't rate the durability because I've only had them for about a month. So, we'll see how they hold up.
