Review: It fits, it works - Do your research carefully to match the relevant specs. This fit my Dell laptop and appears exactly the same size and specs as previous original battery. I don’t typically use it on battery, but after a decade the computer was sending lots of warnings and hesitant to even boot up. It was time, fortunately this was a cheap bit of maintenance.
Review: FINALLY ABLE TO UPDATE BIOS - Since DELL no longer offers this battery (and for years no one else did) this is a great product for a still very productive computer. For safety and security we all know that BIOS updating is crucial - but without a working battery this could not be done on my Dell Studio 1749, leaving me vulnerable. Thankfully, this product solved that problem and with the BIOS updated the performance of my machine has improved as well. Battery fits perfectly! I would highly recommend this product.
