Some people did use Super Absorbent Polymer as a water source for feeder crickets **Q: How do you use it for a neck cooler?** A: Although i haven't done this, it seems like all you would have to do is stitch up a tube of fabric, add some crystals to a 4-6 inch segment, stitch a seam to contain the crystals, and continue doing this until the entire length of tube was filled and stitched. Soak it in water, the tube swells, retains water, and works as an evaporative cooler around your neck. Kill water to toilet, flush to remove tank water. Sprinkle some of this in there and give it a smoke break. Come back and remove the toilet with no water going all over from the water that is contained in the p-trap. When you reinstall the toilet and turn the water on it will rinse all those crystals down with one flush and Pete's your aunt.
