Video to show how to make the impressions really helpful. I found it easy enough to do and couldn't wait to try them out. They feel like a really good fit. Gel is rubbish but I want expecting it to be any good and have ordered another gel. Great product and much cheaper than getting the dentist to do it ### ⭐ Don't buy this item waste of money *by L***Y on 23 March 2016* I ordered this and an impression tray came with no gel so I did the impression of my teeth and sent it recorded delivery I then got an email saying that my impression was not deep enough and I had to buy a replacement kit for £12 and this might not work so this costs £45 up to now with no guarantee the next on will work. Don't buy this item waste of money. ### ⭐⭐ The shield extended above my gum line *by C***S on 9 October 2013* I don't think this is very useful for using bleach, the guard went above my gum line, so i have no idea how I'm meant to remove the bleach from my gums before leaving it on for an hour. The instructions weren't very clear on this part although they were ok for making an impression.Also, you have to pay to post back the mouth impression.
