And with minimal oiling it worked great the first time. An egg does just time without sticking and I can even make a sunny side up. This is well made and I expect it to last a long time. The high sides and 12 inch size is a lot better for what I use it for. Good product. Now all I need is a good lid for it. After a few months the pan has bit the big one! Pieces are coming off and everything sticks.
