Potty training has been fun for my son because he loves to flip the lid. I needed to get in touch with the company, and customer service was A++. Review: Uncomfortable - This is literally the most uncomfortable seat I've EVER sat on in my life. It's definitely shortened my restroom time. I may have to just order something I can sit on and get a seat for my daughter separately and throw this one away. It's horrible.

This is literally the most uncomfortable seat I've EVER sat on in my life. It's definitely shortened my restroom time. I may have to just order something I can sit on and get a seat for my daughter separately and throw this one away. It's horrible.

It only fits on elongated toilets. It works great. You put it on a round toilet???? What were you thinking??? Just bought my 2nd one for my Grand Daughter. I have 5 grand children, just bought a 3rd one.
