Review: great book for beginners and advanced - get this book with the audio cd for the mantras, I got mine on half.com for cheap but the mantras are a valuable part and knowing how to pronounce them oops my bad relooked and this actually the cd the cd is lik a min or 2 for every chakra and how to pronounced with sound effects of each element its a good tool but i wished they looped the yogi that pronounces these bc you start to feel it within the 1st 3 chants
Review: More than just OM - I enjoy listening to this in the car and chanting along. Johari chants the bija sounds of the petals on each of the seven major chakras. Admittedly, this is a very specific type of recording, but if this is your thing, I definitely recommend it!
