**Q: Will this fit snug a 4th Gen iPad? Will it be in the way of a passenger?**
A: Yes it will fit with no issues! In regards to the passenger I guess it has to do with how big or small the vehicle is! I have a 2010 Honda Accord and a 2007 Pacifica and they fit just fine. My coworker has a civic and his passengers haven't complaint about it!

A: Very easy. I was removing and placing my iPad frequently. The hold remained snug.

**Q: Would this product fit the Apple iPad 10.5?**
A: Yes, it will.

**Q: Will this work with an iPad 3rd or 4th generation?**
A: My iPad was bought 12-10-2011.  It was the latest generation then.  The only critical measurement is the width of the iPad. (short dimension).
