I was excited to get it from my doorstep, to find it was shattered and shards of glass all over my porch and the inside of the box. The box was carried carefully to the porch by the driver, so I think it broke during transport as the box was gashed and I could hear the glass moving around in the box. I ordered a replacement without hassle, that arrived 3 days later in good condition and sent the old one back.Out of box first impressions: The product is exactly as described. It has 6 different flame brightness settings, heater/temp, and timer. The flames are mostly orange with shoots of blue/red and is very mesmerizing to watch. Nice glass front. Comes with a remote and instructions. I set it inside of a bookcase and am building a surround for it.
