Review: Excellent (and you can switch out poles with ease) - These are so good, I think the pole I used them for would still be standing long after the walls in my house fell down. The reason I went for these is the U shape so I can change poles with the seasons. We're on sparkly red christmas vibe at the moment. Honestly though, these are sturdy and do the job.

Came with screws and wall plugs although didn't use them so can't comment on how good they are. Only point to note is that they're stainless steel so don't expect a highly polished chrome look. That said, you never see them once they're behind clothes so it's not an issue, hence the 5 stars. Recommended.
