When it arrived I placed 4 AA batteries per intructions only to find the battery spacers would not allow the batteries to make contact! After some modification to allow said contact I tried to open a can only to find the device would not make 1 revolution and stop,but continued to revolve around the can without cutting it open! Is there any quality control testing where these things are made??It would certainly save an egregious waste of time for customers who purchase the product only to find that they have been duped!
