Unfortunately, it seems that the manufacturer does not back up its products. The first time I used the smallest (carry on) suitcase, one of the inside straps meant to hold clothes in place broke lose. It can still be used, but this shouldn't happen. I contacted the company, stent them pictures of the problem, and filled out the form they sent me.
