I think it's a repetitive motion injury, but it's not so bad yet that I have talked to my doctor about it. But I have been trying different options to see what helps. I got these compression sleeves, and I love them. They are comfortable, even when I wear them for hours, and my wrist is feeling much better. I love that there are 2 included that can fit either right or left hands, so I can leave one at work and have one at home, available when I think I need it. I thought the price was great, and I love the fit. They look good, they feel good, and they help my wrist pain. I couldn't ask for more.
Review: Baristas ! Get this! - I’ve only worn this one day however, already I am extremely happy. I am a barista and everyday at work hurt myself and my wrists ache alll day long and all night. I worked a full long busy shift on the espresso bar (hurts my wrist most) and I can say that I feel not ANY pain or aching in my wrists at this very moment (3 hours after work). I am completely in awe. thank GOD. The thumb hole cuts a little into my thumb for now (I assume bc they are new) but at times it doesn’t bother me at all. When it did bother me, I simply folded the thumb part down and the compression still maintained across my wrist perfectly. Then I folded it back up as I feel it’s most secure that way anyways. Amazing. I wore them all night too, and I’ll wear them all night tonight!!
