I am a full time nursing student. If you have ever seen or tried to pick up the textbooks for this major then you'd understand why I purchased a backpack with a waistband and shoulder clip. I carry close to 40 pounds in this pack quite comfortably. The pack is well made, lightweight, with reinforced seams. It has twin beverage carriers that are easy to access. There are two smaller pockets/sleeves exterior of the pack, one with a smaller sleeve, which are handy for those smaller items. The main compartment has a sleeve for my tablet which keep it against the back of the pack and secure from other items. The pack was obviously designed with short hikes and schoolwork in mind. I also like the waistband zippered pocket that holds my Iphone. Great idea! The pack also has a rain cover, which I have yet to use, but I do keep it in the pack to keep my textbook investment and tablet solvent. I have used this pack for the last 5 weeks and am pleased with my purchase. I have found it to be a good bang for my buck. ### ⭐⭐ "Internal Frame" is a Joke *by R***T on May 26, 2017* This is described as an "internal frame" hiking backpack but the "internal frame" is just a flimsy piece of plastic. Very disappointed in the quality. You can fold the entire backpack in half. No padding or protection for contents at all. Instead, I am keeping the Kimlee Water Resistance Hiking Daypack Luggage Backpack with Rain Cover 40L which is about $15 more, but just seems more substantial all around, plus it has a cool pocket for a DSLR. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars *by J*** on September 12, 2016* Great backpack.
