## Description

Unior crank saver kit is an all-in-one solution for repairing damaged pedal threads. Our exclusive reaming taps, when combined with our extra Stout and extra long tap handle, machines away the damaged pedal threads and cuts new threads to receive our pedal thread inserts. These inserts are solid metal, not wire like some other thread repair kits, and when installed with a thread locker become even stronger than the factory pedal threads. The kit includes 10 inserts for left cranks and 10 inserts for right, all stored neatly with the tools in a sturdy steel case. Know in an instant if you need to restock on inserts or if a part of the kit didn't get put back where it belongs.

I absolutely love this tool. I watched a video of someone using it, and it was way easier than the video. Super quality, and that's why it cost that much; however, if you don't want to replace a $300+ crank because of stripped out pedal, you need this. Love this!

I had a pedal come loose and strip the threads on my power meter crank arm. The tool reams and taps all in one tool. Then a bit of red loctite and in goes the insert. The insert is thicker than the crank arm, so I had to grid off a bit. It worked and the pedal and crank arm has been going strong for a couple of months now.
