I am a breast cancer patient going through chemo. I started taking this and instantly I was energized. Not feeling fatigued at all during the whole day!!!!! I take only one scoop as a shot mixed with a little Gatorade and BAM, I'm good for the whole day! (Which probably works better than putting it in a shake and sipping through it. Plus the taste is not the best but doable) And this is from someone who had to take a nap everyday after work before chemo, just from exhaustion at the end of the day. Try it! It's worth it! Especially if you are like me and kept trying everythingon the market (wasting money) to get more energy. Even going to the doctors and begging for some help from this chronic fatigue. I hope it works just as well for you because I know how frustrating it is to be tired all the time, raise kids and everyone telling you "THAT'S NORMAL. EVERYONE GETS TIRED".
