Normally I'm rushing out to buy more fondant for my cakes because its ripped on the cake, but not this its fab! It is smooth, has a fabulous texture and stays soft to eat even after days. One can keep it in an airtight bag and it stays flexible. Forget the R*** fondant or gumpaste.
